As an Information Center Team Member at the Thrill Capital of New England…
You’ll contribute to our mission by:
- Supporting the Six Flags Mantra – Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service
- Answering incoming calls in a polite and timely manner
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of Six Flags Season Pass/Membership programs, ticketing, and park guideline information
- Maintaining a positive working relationship with Guest Relations team members
- Responding to all forms of Guest Correspondence through Fresh Desk, Guest Service Recovery, and written inquires
- Completing varied clerical tasks as assigned by operations management
- Enforcing all Six Flags New England policies
- Assisting in other areas of the Guest Relation and Admissions department, including Lost and Found, Guest Relations office, ticket taking, ticket selling, season pass processing, and toll operations
- Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
You’ll do it with your:
- Proficiency in computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office Programs and ability to learn new computer systems quickly
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Superior phone etiquette
- Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner
- Analytical problem solving skill
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality and ability to address guest concerns
- Sense of Fun!
You’ll know you’re ready if you are:
- Willing to work in a high performance team environment
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, working at heights, etc.
- Able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
- 18 years old or older
