As a Retail Supervisor at the Thrill Capital of New England…
You’ll contribute to our mission by:
- Assisting with daily retail and imaging operations to ensure they are conducted in accordance with all existing corporate, park, and Retail operating policies and procedures
- Maintaining the appearance and sales effectiveness of all merchandise displays
- Monitoring and maintaining a balanced flow of product by utilizing the Aptos inventory system
- Developing and conducting department training, including documentation and certification of seasonal Team Members
- Establishing and maintaining the highest levels of Team Member performance and Guest Service
- Executing markdowns and promotions in an accurate and timely fashion
- Working with Human Resources for recruiting, interviewing, and training seasonal Retail Team Members
- Growing and developing seasonal Team Members
- Preparing and administering seasonal Team Members assessments, evaluations, and audits
- Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the park
You’ll do it with your:
- Degree or relevant work experience in Retail or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role
- Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think and act intentionally and strategically to help improve the overall operation
- Capacity for creative problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong work ethic and sense of fun

- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations, including walking long distances, standing for long periods of time, lifting, bending, stooping, etc.
