Join the Thrill at Six Flags Over Texas! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Guest Relations team! As a Guest Relations Associate, you’ll provide exceptional service by answering guest inquiries, offering park information, and resolving guest concerns to ensure an unforgettable experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for guest satisfaction are essential. In this year-round, part-time role, you'll work in our Ticketing Services and Guest Relations offices, playing a key role in the Six Flags experience. You’ll be scheduled up to 29 hours per week, with availability required on weekends and school holidays including spring break, summer break, Thanksgiving week, and Christmas break.
Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner at all times.
Provide accurate information about park hours, attractions, seasonal events, and available services.
Process ticket and season pass purchases, verify guest details, and explain related benefits.
Redeem and explain THE FLASH Pass, ensuring guests fully understand its use and benefits.
Assist guests with ADA-related needs and provide necessary accommodations as per the AAP.
Address guest inquiries related to park policies, events, promotions, and general services.
Resolve guest concerns and complaints with a calm, positive, and solution-oriented approach.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all ticket add-ons, season pass options, and other park offerings.
Actively promote and upsell park products, services, and special offers to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
Use Salesforce to track and resolve guest service cases in a timely and efficient manner.
The Ideal Candidate Must Possess the Following
Proven experience or willingness to engage in a guest-facing role, preferably in a theme park or high-end hospitality environment.
Proficiency in general computer usage and Microsoft applications including Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to remain composed and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends, holidays, and late nights.
Must be able to walk long distances, stand for long periods, and safely lift 60 pounds.
