Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Input data from physical forms into digital spreadsheets and HCM systems
- Maintain accurate records and organized files
- Update team member information in the HCM system
- Ensure the safe storage of all data
- Collaborate with park leadership on updates and adjustments
- Understand and execute the I-9 hiring process
- Assist with the administration of the Work and Travel program
- Support other Human Resources functions as needed
