Are you a motivated and safety-conscious individual looking for a rewarding role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Aquatics team at Six Flags St. Louis.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain vigilant supervision of Guests in the Hurricane Harbor Waterpark
- Recognize and respond to aquatic emergencies using skills taught by Ellis & Associates ILTP
- Adhere to all policies, practices, and procedures outlined in the Ellis & Associates ILTP program
- Assist in other areas of the Aquatics Department as needed
- Enforce all Six Flags Policies and communicate safety policies to Guests
- Maintain a regular, prompt attendance and a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old to apply
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must successfully pass all applicable lifeguard training and licensing through Jeff Ellis & Associates
- Must remain calm in stressful situations and be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be professional, self-motivated, and able to multi-task
- Must have strong teamwork skills and ability to work with others
