- Sell tickets, season passes, and season parking to guests entering the theme and water park, using your exceptional sales skills to meet and exceed targets.
- Responsible for operating an organized and accurate till, ensuring that all transactions are processed efficiently and securely.
- Accurately scan and monitor tickets and Season Passes as guests enter the park, maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Process season passes, expertly handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Serve as a key guide for any directional assistance a guest may need, providing clear and concise directions to help them navigate the park.

- Rent out strollers and wheelchairs, utilizing your excellent communication skills to ensure that guests have everything they need to enjoy their visit.
- Maintain Lost and Found Inventory, carefully cataloging and storing items that have been left behind by guests.
