We are seeking a Park Services Team Member to provide exceptional guest experiences by maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our park.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to delivering a world-class experience for our guests. As a Park Services Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the park, including restrooms, midways, patios, and employee areas, are clean and well-maintained.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner while completing job tasks
- Clean and change trash can liners and trash cans throughout the day
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of restrooms throughout the day
- Ensure that toilets, urinals, and other restroom surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected
- Keep restroom floors dry and free of debris
- Maintain proper stock levels in all restroom dispensers and storage locations
- Assist with cleaning patio tables and chairs
- Assist with sweeping patios, streets, flowerbeds, and grassy areas
- Follow all proper cleaning procedures and protocols
- Enhance the guest experience by proactively interacting with guests while cleaning
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong oral communication skills
- Professionalism, self-motivation, and enthusiasm
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with others
