Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintain overall theater and stage cleanliness in a safe and efficient manner
- Support and promote a guest first philosophy
- Assist Team Members and guests in problem solving
- Perform light and sound checks daily, troubleshoot, and do minor maintenance
- Help cast, crew, and ushers daily to maintain top quality shows and performances
- Ensure all aspects of theater is prepped and in operational order for each performance
- Operate the technical equipment for each show
- Be able or willing to learn how to mix sound
- Keep up on inventory of theater equipment
- Meet and greet guest in a friendly and positive manner at all times
- Assist in training new Team Members on operating procedures
- Complete reports, maintenance reports, and training records as necessary
- Ensure all employees adhere to set schedules, including clocking in / out for shifts and breaks
- Must adhere to the grooming code
- Develop prompt book / appropriate paperwork to run show by opening day of show
- Must assist with show laundry as needed
- Will be required to complete a ladder and fall safety course
- Complete other departmental duties as assigned
