Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilize paint brushes, spray guns or paint rollers to apply coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel or lacquer in various applications (interior, exterior, automotive and specialty applications).
- Removing interior/exterior fixtures prior to completing paint project and replace when complete.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adhere to park policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned
Payrate: $16.50/hr
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to professionally interact with other shops and various departments.
- Ability to write, speak and understand English with strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and work orders.
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job including lifting, bending, standing for long periods of time, climbing, and working at heights up to 200 ft.
- Ability to comply with safety protocols for being exposed to fumes airborne particles (ability to wear a respirator).
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with OSHA rules and regulations.
- Knowledge of and ability to comply with EPD regulations for paint/fume control
- Ability to work outside in any weather conditions, nights, weekends and holidays. .
- Valid Drivers’ License and clean DMV report.
Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
