Job Summary:
The Operational Supervisor in the Retail Department is committed to providing Friendly, Clean, Fast, and Safe Service for our Guests and Team Members. This positions reports to the Managerial Supervisor
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Supervisor will be required to perform specific tasks and duties essential for continuous job success. The following are required for overall job performance
- Oversee and supervise the daily operation of Retail location(s) at Six Flags Over Texas.
- Ability to supervise and positively interact with Team Members and Guests.
- Monitor and ensure full compliance of Cash Handling policies and procedures
- Maintain the overall store appearance- including the visual presentation of the store
- Focused on hitting daily per-capita and revenue targets
- Handle daily orders, damages, and maintain product level
- Maintain neat and organized location front and back areas
- Uphold safety standards in the work place
- Provide Friendly, Clean, Fast, Safe service to our Guests and Team Members- ultimately provide the Best Shopping Experience for all of our Guests
- All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possess strong leadership skills, self-motivator and a team player
- 1-2 years experience in a Retail environment
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Must be able to work outside and stand for 8 hours
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and lift. May require the use of a ladder.
- Basic fundamentals of Point of Sale systems and Inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Must be able to lift 15-20 lbs.
