What You Will Be Doing
- Adhere to all policies pertaining to the Six Flags Mantra of providing Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Guest Service to positively impact the Guest experience
How You Will Do It
- Plan and perform the production of fudge and other sweet treats while preserving excellence, quality, and appearance
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and safe production space, and storing food properly and safely, marking date and time
- Track and record inventory damages and product fulfillment requests
- Operate registers, ringing up everything from souvenir mugs to apparel to fudge
- Strong attention to detail to keep countertops and displays clean, looking great, and stocked with treats
- Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the Six Flags Mantra
What You Will Need
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry boxes/bags up to 30lbs, and push/pull handcarts
- Ability to use knives in a safe manner
- Basic computer literacy and mathematical skills, ability to fill out paperwork legibly
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
- Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, up to 32 hours a week
