Costume Character

Overview

Carowinds is looking for friendly and enthusiastic team players to entertain Guests of all ages by bringing everyone's favorite pals Charlie Brown and Snoopy to life! You'll bring smiles and create long lasting memories for our Guest by posing for photos. Join Charlie, Snoopy and the rest of the gang, and help create unforgettable experiences with our guests!

• All characters must audition on Feb. 8th 10:30am-1:00pm. You can email auditions@carowinds.com for more information.
• Video auditions can be submitted via auditions@carowinds.com.
• Meets and greets park guests cordially and with respect, courtesy, and fairness.
• Complete character walks in costume throughout the park entertaining guests using nonverbal interaction as trained.
• Maintain costume, including cleaning, brushing, etc.
  
  

Character Height Requirements - 4'6' to 5'4'.

Qualifications

• You!
• Must be between 4'6" and 5'3".
• Ability to interact with children.
• Must be physically able to handle the demands of a full body costume. This includes, high heat, limited visibility, and limited mobility.
• Previous experience in children's theater, character costume performance, or related experience is a plus.
• People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates.
• Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Individuals with a passion and excitement about Carowinds.
• Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
