What are the responsibilities and job description for the Workforce Scheduling Assistant position at Six Flags?
Overview : 16 per hour
A Worlds of Fun Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for scheduling duties within the FUNtime scheduling system, which many include :
Documenting ambassador sick calls and notifying the department leaders.
Assist the Ambassadors with FUNtime, UKG pro, and App questions.
Revise park schedules when required due to staffing changes, labor shortages, or other interruptions.
Compile information, such as open shift reports, staffing details, or associate data.
Attend meetings with management to address any staffing needs and challenges
Deliver a high level of guest service for both internal and external guest in person and over the phone.
Assist in Employment and Human resources duties, as needed.
Additional duties as outlined by the Manager.
Strong Excel skills, including formulas and tables (Pivot Tables a plus)
