Flooring Retail Sales Associate

• At least one year of retail sales experience (flooring or home improvement sales preferred)
• A customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to learn product details and guide customers through their purchasing journey
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting flooring products that meet their needs and budget
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and installation options
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records
• Help maintain a clean and organized showroom
