We are currently hiring a Customer Service/Quality Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing) professional to assist our customers with technical issues related to our company's products or services.

Job Description:

As a Customer Service/Quality Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing) at Six Sigma Microelectronics, you will play a critical role in supporting the technical needs of our customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their engineering and quality requirements, and delivering tailored support and solutions that drive their success. Your technical acumen, interpersonal skills, and exceptional writing abilities will be essential in conveying our value proposition and securing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.

Understand customers' technical requirements and provide support and solutions that meet their needs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services, and to support post-delivery customer issues.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market presence.

Prepare and negotiate quotations and contracts to achieve sales targets.

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science related field.

Proven experience in a customer facing technical role or account management within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry.

Strong technical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and products.

Exceptional people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive content.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

This position requires handling of product or information which is subject to ITAR regulations. Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. a Green Card Holder).

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
