We are currently hiring an HR & Admin Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment. This role involves managing the recruiting and hiring process, employee relations, legal compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and more. As an integral part of our leadership team, the HR & Admin Manager will also lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, retention, and development.
Responsibilities
- Managing the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process to ensure a smooth candidate experience and proper integration into the company.
- Overseeing employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and engagement programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with federal and state HR requirements, recommending best practices, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.
- Administering compensation and benefits programs, along with performance review processes to align employee performance with organizational goals.
- Maintaining and managing employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Providing coaching and support to managers on HR-related issues to ensure effective management and conflict resolution.
- Leading initiatives to enhance employee retention and satisfaction through engagement programs and feedback mechanisms.
- Overseeing and managing training and development programs to help employees grow within the organization.
- Handling employee terminations, layoffs, and conducting exit interviews with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Negotiating and managing key administrative contracts (e.g. ETP, building and equipment leases, benefit plans, etc.)
- Managing insurance programs (including health, asset, liability, automobile, worker's compensation, etc.)
The HR & Admin Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive organizational culture, supporting management in HR decision-making, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The successful candidate will have strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, as well as a passion for creating a great workplace culture.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or HR Certification preferred.
Minimum 5 years in HR or HR and Admin Management; and minimum 2 years of people management experience (e.g. managing direct reports).
Solid working knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Skills and experience in writing documents
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail with project management and organization skills
Advanced knowledge of Windows and MS Office Suite

Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
