We offer a competitive commission-based pay structure once you are all trained, with hourly training pay to set you up for success. Our Client Relations Consultants earn between $40,000 and $60,000 annually, depending on performance.

As a Client Relations Consultant at Six Star Automotive, you connect customers with technicians. Your day includes greeting customers, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through repair options. You create detailed repair orders, provide honest cost estimates, and build trustful relationships. By educating customers on vehicle maintenance, you help them make informed decisions. You also work closely with the service team to ensure efficient and accurate repairs, delivering exceptional experiences that keep customers returning.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CLIENT RELATIONS CONSULTANT?
You must be able to work Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM, while meeting the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license
- 10 key experience
- A great attitude with a professional appearance
- Strong, clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Ability to explain complex vehicle issues clearly
- Ability to use a computer for managing service records, processing transactions, and troubleshooting minor issues
- Possessing an ASE Certification is a plus!
- Previous experience as a Client Relations Consultant or in a related customer service role is preferred
