WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
At Six Star Automotive, we believe in rewarding hard work and dedication. You'll start with hourly pay during training, then move to a commission-based structure with earning potential between $40,000 - $60,000 annually!

- Four-day workweek! Monday - Thursday, 7 AM - 6 PM
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Service Advisor at Six Star Automotive, you are the heart of our service department. You greet customers warmly, listen carefully to their concerns, and translate their needs into clear repair orders. You work closely with our technicians, ensuring every vehicle gets the attention it deserves while keeping customers informed every step of the way. You build trust by educating customers about their vehicle's needs, providing accurate cost estimates, and offering recommendations that fit their budget and safety requirements. Your ability to manage expectations, coordinate repairs, and deliver an outstanding experience makes you the key link between our customers and the service team.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- Valid driver's license
- 10 key experience
- A great attitude with a professional appearance
- Strong, clear communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Ability to explain complex vehicle issues clearly
- Ability to use a computer for managing service records, processing transactions, and troubleshooting minor issues
- Possessing an ASE Certification is a plus!
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a related customer service role is preferred
