This role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position.
THE TASK AT HAND
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound content production projects, developing appropriate strategies and resource allocation.
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of content production projects from concept to delivery, collaborating with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
- Champion creative ideas, providing solutions to bring them to life within budget constraints.
- Own content production budget development and management processes, ensuring team proficiency.
- Oversee budget development, management, reconciliation, reporting, and vendor negotiations.
- Support internal and external teams through all production stages, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Manage in-house content production resources, providing mentorship and fostering professional development.
- Cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting open communication and creative exploration.
- 8 years of experience in content production and management, with a focus on commercial photo and video.
- Proven track record of producing successful photo and video productions.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, design, and aesthetics.
- Ability to lead complex projects, adapting to varying scopes.
- Excellent project management skills, including multitasking and prioritization.
- Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
