The Car Control Department is looking for a Fleet Coordinator and Logistics Supervisor to monitor and organize the workflow of the team. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:
- Ability to coach, motivate and interact with others
- Good supervisory and strong communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service
YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You review and complete weekly or monthly reports for irregularities in transports
- You delegate and monitor workload, while upholding company standards and procedures
- You train, coach, and mentor team, while also perform performance reviews to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- You facilitate staff meetings on current business events and daily operations
- You assist in escalated transport issues with vendors, branches, and third parties
- You process Invoices and monitor for discrepancies in our transportation orders
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
- Experience You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics
- Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office Applications : Word and Excel
- Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills, can multi-task effectively, and excel in professional communication
- Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
