YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
- You strategize and implement advanced lead generation and conversion tactics to drive significant growth on SIXTdirect.com, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to loyal customer
- You develop and execute sophisticated brand-building and marketing initiatives (remarketing promotions) tailored for both franchise and independent dealerships, as well as dealer groups, to foster strategic partnerships and elevate brand presence
- You collaborate effectively with team members to optimize lead generation processes, cultivate existing partnerships, and attract new clients, thereby driving revenue growth.
- You design and implement effective CRM strategies to maximize customer engagement and loyalty
- You utilize functional expertise in tracking, managing, and presenting key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
- You ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data in the CRM system, conducting regular audits to maintain data integrity
- Experience You have over 5 years of extensive B2B sales and account management experience, ideally within the automotive industry or a closely related sector.
- Education You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in business development, sales, or marketing, demonstrating a strong foundation in the field (preferred)
- Technical Proficiency You demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferable Salesforce)
- Soft Skills You show exceptional communication skills, demonstrate confidence and clarity in phone interactions, and ensure effective dialogue with clients and stakeholders
