Breakfast Attendant

Overview
The Breakfast Attendant maintains order, cleanliness, safety, and product offerings in the breakfast area, ensures high quality service, and interacts with guests to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the breakfast service by the daily opening time, including receiving and adequately stocking all required items
• Monitoring and maintaining supply of food and drink items, as well as the cleanliness of the entire breakfast area, including the service area, tables, and public restrooms, as needed
• Interacting with guests/patrons in a friendly and courteous manner, replenishing food and drinks, supplying them with their needs in a timely manner, and resolving complaints if needed
• Handling multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items and reporting ordering needs, necessary repairs, or unsafe conditions
• Other duties as requested by management

Requirements

• Maintain the highest level of customer service, as well as a clean and safe breakfast area, at all times
• Learn about all breakfast items and be able to answer guest questions
• Communicate effectively and work with applicable associates to ensure efficient service and limit wastage and breakage
• Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures
• Flexibility to work early morning shifts as required
• Ensures proper grooming and appearance while on duty
• Enthusiastic, courteous, attentive and friendly
• Flexible and able to work various shifts, ability to work in high pressure situations

Physical

• Must be able to move throughout the property with ease
• May also be required to walk, balance, stand and carry
• Position may also require regular lifting of up to 25 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.37 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
