Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor / GPS Technician with a background in civil construction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about heavy highway and civil construction projects, including earthwork, paving, structures, and underground utilities.
Requirements :
- High school or equivalent
- Prior experience in heavy civil construction.
- Six months of hands-on experience with GPS and construction layout, particularly in heavy civil construction.
- Proficient with Trimble survey equipment and software (Trimble Business Center, GPS base, and Rover).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with heavy highway and survey practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to shifting project demands.
