Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure output meets quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and escalate as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of previous experience in production assembly required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time.
