What are the responsibilities and job description for the Amazon Warehouse/Janitorial Shift Lead - Union City (Overnight) position at Sizemore, Inc?
and completing warehouse/janitorial duties at the assigned Amazon location. It will be essential that the shift lead follows Sizemores core values of Flexibility, Improvement, Reliability, Safety and Teamwork into the daily performance of assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
General Cleaning and Warehouse duties
Delegate tasks to team members
Lead team by example, following policy and procedure at all times
Escalate Employee Relations issues to site manager.
Inform site manager of any PPE, uniform, or other equipment needed for employees to perform necessary functions and/or to meet contract specifics.
Additional duties assigned, as necessary.
Qualifications:
Leadership experience required.
Ability to read, interpret and communicate policies and procedures.
Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
Effective verbal communication
Working Conditions:
Majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled building.
Prolonged periods of walking, standing, and sitting.
Daily use of chemicals for cleaning
HOURS: SUNDAY - WEDNESDAY 7PM - 6AM
