Job Description:
We are looking for skilled candidates to perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed. Responsibilities include managing routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space, and interior areas, completing non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders, removing garbage and recycle daily, preparing bins for weekly pickup, handling emergency cleaning and upkeep requests, ensuring chemicals are labeled and properly stored, maintaining good verbal and written communication with management, and ensuring restrooms and break areas are properly maintained and stocked with necessary paper products and chemicals.
