What Would You Do as a Sizemore Recruiter?
- Successfully fulfill Sizemore’s full recruiting cycle from sourcing, candidate selection, engagement, interviewing and onboarding for various site locations
- Provide a world class candidate experience by delivering thoughtful and timely updates to candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Deeply understand hiring needs; connect closely with Sizemore VPs and Senior Leadership to develop sourcing and recruiting strategy that will attract top quality candidates
- Develop and maintain our social media presence, targeting future talent and raising awareness of Sizemore, Inc as an employer of choice
- Operate internal and external job advertisements for open positions
- Supervises and coaches recruiting team regarding recruiting policies and procedures.
- Research and find talent via various job board resources, networking events and job fairs
- Responsible for submitting candidate information to appropriate staff (and in some cases on- site Sizemore representative) for candidate consideration
- Utilize Sizemore’s applicant tracking system to manage the recruiting workflow and process.
- Coordinate hiring activities and events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine employment needs and set qualification criteria for future employees
- Administer appropriate assessments
- Stay current on the company’s organizational structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices

What does it take to be a Sizemore, Inc. Recruiter?
- 4-year degree/bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Bilingual (preferred)
- 4-8 years of recruiting experience with full cycle recruiting
- Experience with Microsoft applications
- Experience with sourcing techniques on job websites and social media
- High degree of professionalism and commitment to service
- Willingness to travel as necessary throughout the company’s geographical footprint
