Sizemore, Inc. is looking for a Vibratory Finish Operator in Sylvania, GA!

Pay rate: $16.50/hour.

Shift available: Monday-Friday, 4:00pm-12:00am.

Job Summary: The Vibratory Finish Operator will be responsible for operation of the Vibratory Finish equipment. This position will also be cross-trained to run the burnisher. Will also perform a variety of material handling operations, moving components manually and using powered industrial equipment.

Essential Duties and Accountabilities:

• Actively participate and improve 5S and safety on a continuous basis.
• Help determine proper selection of sequences and cycles for various parts based on customer specifications.
• Maintain conformance to customer specifications by use of recipes, SPC charting, and other testing procedures.
• Keeps flow of material into and out of the vibratory equipment.
• Load and unloading cups on the belt of the vibratory equipment.
• Maintain fluid levels and medium levels.
• Obtain work for the burnisher form the appropriate FIFO lane and load it into the burnisher loader.
• Operate other heat treating equipment as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• No supervisory responsibilities.

• Must possess good communication and people interaction skills. Must be able to communicate effectively across

all levels of the organization.

• Must be disciplined to follow Standard Work Practices.
• Must be able to maintain composure and focus to complete assigned tasks.
• Must be multi-tasked to make proper decisions with appropriate attention to detail to maintain the flow of

product through multiple machines.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends to cover for other associate vacation days and unplanned

absences with short notice, and on any shift.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must demonstrate good mechanical, reasoning, and problem solving skills in current job.

• This position is performed in a manufacturing environment.
• This position has an exposure to moderate noise levels, moving mechanical parts, electrical power distribution

and controls, compressed air systems, hydraulic systems, water, and chemicals.

• Will be regularly required to stand, sit, and reach with hands, fingers, and arms. Occasional stooping, kneeling,

and crouching are required.

• This position will be performed in a very hot environment.
• The position will require regular lifting of work up to 40 pounds, and pushing or pulling work up to 150 pounds

with the use or material handling equipment.
