Job Summary

As a Crew Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of movers, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and with excellent customer service. You will be the face of SizeWize on-site, responsible for logistics, customer communication, and overseeing the packing and transportation process. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for an experienced mover who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities

• Lead a moving crew on residential and commercial jobs, ensuring smooth operations from start to finish.
• Pack, load, and secure items in the truck efficiently to prevent damage.
• Communicate with customers, set expectations, and ensure complete satisfaction.
• Train and manage crew members, setting a high standard for work ethic and professionalism.
• Make logistical decisions regarding packing, loading, and transportation.
• Handle job documentation, including estimates, invoices, and incident reports.
• Maintain a safe working environment and prevent damage or injury.
• Represent the SizeWize brand with a professional appearance and attitude.

Qualifications

• 2 years of professional moving experience with expertise in truck packing and loading.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and train a crew.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and work in varying conditions.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Weekends as needed
