Sizzle is reinventing how people plan meals, shop for groceries, and get inspired in the kitchen. We’re a social commerce platform that turns recipe videos into shoppable ingredients — working with 200 food creators and integrating directly with Amazon Fresh, Instacart, and Whole Foods.

This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with the founding team of a fast-growing startup. You’ll get an inside look into fundraising, product launches, partnerships, and what it actually takes to build a venture-backed company from 0 to 1.
What We Are Looking For:
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented operator who can help us move fast and stay organized. You'll work directly with the founder on everything from investor communications to internal operations. This is a great fit for someone who wants to learn how startups really run.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and update CRMs (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
- Send outbound emails to investors, partners, and prospects
- Work with PR agents.
- Manage Social Media interns.
- Coordinate investor updates and assist with outreach
- Organize documents, data rooms, and pitch materials
- Handle scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar optimization
- Support ad hoc tasks across product, growth, and ops
- Jump in wherever needed — this is startup life!
Schedule:
- Hybrid role: In person & remote
- Must be in NYC for this role.
