Position Overview:
As a Sizzler Busser, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our restaurant's dining area. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure tables are promptly cleared and sanitized after guests finish their meals, contributing to a welcoming and comfortable dining atmosphere for our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Clearing tables promptly after guests leave, removing used dishes, utensils, and glassware.
2. Wiping down tables and chairs to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
3. Replenishing supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils as needed.
4. Assisting servers by delivering food and beverages to tables and assisting in running orders from the kitchen.
5. Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of dishes to tables.
6. Maintaining cleanliness of service areas, including sweeping and mopping floors as required.
7. Adhering strictly to safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a hygienic work environment.
8. Providing attentive customer service by promptly addressing guest inquiries and requests.
9. Communicating effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
10. Assisting with any additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support overall restaurant operations.
Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
