Key Responsibilities:
- Greet, establish, and maintain excellent working relationships with customers.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and handling inquiries in a professional manner.
- Accurately process payment transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Utilize intermediate Excel skills to use and manage spreadsheets.
- Balance cash drawer and handle cash transactions with care.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Familiarize yourself with department structures and internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.
- Take the initiative to exceed customer satisfaction, even if it requires overcoming obstacles.
- Present self as a positive role model by demonstrating commitment to the department, customers, and dealership.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Take written messages for occupied personnel and notify them as soon as possible regarding pending messages.
Requirements:
- Cash handling and balancing experience required.
- Intermediate Excel skills (create and manage spreadsheets, formulas, etc.).
- Easy-going, positive, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Accounting experience is a plus.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Neat, clean, professional appearance.
- Must pass pre-employment drug test.
