We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success through our IT Solutions. You’ll manage relationships, drive business growth, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored services.
Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain lasting relationships with our clients
· Understand and anticipate clients’ needs to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations
· Invoice Approval
· Assist outside sales team in closing new client business
· Ensure that all Professional Service projects are completed on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
What you’ll Need:
· 3 years of Business Sales and/or Account Manger Experience
· Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
· Consistently meet commitments and deliver results
· Results orient mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including proficiency in email, text, in-person, and phone interactions
