Title: Sr. Commercial Program Analyst
Reports To: Sr. Sales Director, China AFM
Supervises: N/A
Responsibility Level:
Proceed data analysis and provide business insights to commercial developments. Be responsible for some AFM sales programs design and execution, and process optimization. Support China AFM team’s management reports and presentations. Coordinate the sales activities communication from AFM sales team with cross functions including marketing, retail, supply chain, etc.
Primary Duties:
- Analyze AFM commercial data, multi-channel trends and customer sales behaviors, to provide business insights to support business leaders optimize sales strategies and develop new growth opportunities.
- Deep dive e-commerce sales data and market business models. Co-work with e-commerce & national accounts sales team to develop sales activities to achieve business targets.
- Monitor and manage AFM sales initiatives and programs, analyze the progress, and identify the root cause of failure and success factors. Work closely with cross-functional team members to drive project execution, facilitate cross-functional problem solving, and escalate issues and propose action plan when necessary.
- Support to prepare management reports and business materials for AFM business discussion and Clarios management meetings. Use digital tools such as Power BI to consolidate, analyze, track and present business data.
- Act as the focal point of AFM sales team during sales and marketing team information sharing, as well as cross function communication including but not limited to supply chain, finance, HR, legal, etc. Make sure a smooth communication process for multiple sales activities between AFM sales including salespersons throughout the country and back office cross functions.
- Closely track and record AFM sales and channel/customers adjustments, to make sure sales responsible areas and customers are recorded accurately and fully aware by AFM cross teams for smooth daily operation.
- Coordinate team daily operations, including but not limited to well-plan AFM sales team schedule, organize AFM internal meetings and workshops, consolidate meeting minutes, and regularly track department action plans progress.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as needed by AFM team.
Job Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required in Business/Science/Finance/Economics or other appropriate discipline.
- At least 8 years of working experience in automotive or other relevant industries. Business development and project management experience is preferred.
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
- Ability to prioritize and work within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
