What you will do:
As our HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all human resource technology systems and initiatives to ensure all applications meet the needs, requirements, and objectives of the organization. This position may work in our Detroit Lakes, MN, Ashland, OH, Birmingham, AL or Vacaville, CA locations.
The job:
Every day, your primary role will be to maintain the integrity and reliability of the HRIS. You will be responsible for: HRIS Management, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert for all HR information systems and will collaborate with the Finance, Operations, and IT teams to analyze business processes, build reports and tools that form business insights, streamline processes and systems, establish workflows, and assist in interpreting and solving complex data challenges to meet business objectives. HRIS Reporting, you will prepare reports and dashboards for cross functional teams and will maintain the data integrity of the HRIS. HRIS Integration, you will oversee and maintain optimal functions of the HRIS and all interfacing platforms, including ERP, EDW and Power BI. HR Projects, you will work with the HR team on integrating acquisitions, special projects and provide employee training on UKG.
The skills you need:
To succeed in this role, you must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and must be able to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. You must have experience utilizing and managing HR technology systems, including UKG Pro. You must possess excellent organizational and time management skills and have high attention to detail. You should have strong project management skills to lead and implement HR and cross-functional initiatives. A 4-year degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent degree and 3-5 years of experience are required.
