Customer Service Representative

SJH Derm is look for someone to join our organization! We are a group of 4 dermatology offices growing our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who can work in a fast-paced environment at our Skokie location. You will be the face of the company as you greet our patients.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Check in patients
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries
• Collect payment for services and product
• Acknowledge / resolve any issues that may arise
• Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary
• Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Check out and/or rebook patient appointments

Training for this position is conducted in La Grange and may last up to 6 weeks. The candidate must be available and comfortable with traveling to La Grange. Ideal candidate will be able to work in a high energy, team atmosphere and possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as be detail oriented. Must have excellent integrity and kindness, while assisting in daily patient care and be forward thinking. Canidate must be flexible to work in the evenings (until 7-7:30PM).

Education and Formal Training Requirements:

• High School Diploma
• Basic computer skills
