The role of eCommerce Fulfillment Operator is to support the day to day warehouse operations of our eCommerce wholesale business including:
- Inbound: Unloading, sorting, and checking in LTL and SPD shipments delivered to our warehouse.
- Outbound: Wrapping, labeling, and staging pallets or boxes for pickup.
- Production: Packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment to Amazon and Walmart fulfillment centers.
- Fulfillment: Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders.
- General: Cleaning and organizing to ensure a clean, tidy, and efficient workspace. Occasional special projects to improve warehouse efficiency.
These responsibilities will evolve as our business grows so flexibility is essential.

Requirements:
- Able to work in a shifting warehouse climate (cool in winter and warm in summer)
- Able to walk / stand for extended periods of time
- Able to lift and move boxes weighing 25-35 pounds regularly and packages up to 50 pounds occasionally without assistance
