We're on the lookout for a Director / Senior Director of Global Pricing and Market Access. This person will lead the development and execution of global pricing and access strategies across our company’s pipeline.

What we’re looking for :

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15 years in the pharmaceutical / biotech industry.
  • Strong background in pricing, market access, and health economics.
  • Matrixed team management experience.

Skills to succeed :

  • Proven leadership, influence, and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strategic thinker with a history of developing effective recommendations.
  • Excellent at processing and summarising complex information.
  • Strong grasp of financial drivers and operating expenses.
  • Success in working with Executive Leadership Teams (ELT).
  • Process-driven, results-oriented, and strong communication skills.
  • Previous people management experience.
  • Experience in the Rare Disease space is a plus.
