HR Assistant

Role and Responsibilities

HRIS Management

  • Manage HRIS data entry for current and former employees

General Administration

  • Collaborate with multiple internal departments within HR.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the HR Manager
  • Handle sensitive and / or confidential employee information; and provide excellent customer service to all employees.
  • Act as a first point of contact for any HR-related inquiries

    • Employee Communication

  • Prepare and distribute HR information to employees
  • Answer questions from employees and managers regarding benefits, HRIS, employee handbook, etc.

    • Other HR-related tasks as assigned

    Qualifications :

  • 2-year college degree or above (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Preferred) Familiarity with Workday HRIS
