Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Cabling Project Assistant Manager to manage network cabling installations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure project completion in compliance with OSHA regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cable construction projects, be proactive in problem-solving, and be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Korean bilingual proficiency is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities

Β Project Management β Oversee UTP and FO cabling installations, ensuring adherence to industry and safety standards.

Β OSHA Compliance β Ensure all projects comply with OSHA policies and safety requirements.

Β Client & Partner Communication β Act as the main point of contact for cabling and electrical construction projects.
β
Β Issue Resolution β Quickly address and resolve on-site issues using network engineering knowledge.
β
Β Subcontractor Coordination β Manage subcontractors, including PCI (wall/ceiling drilling), BMC (concrete drilling), Lighthouse, AES, and United Electric.
β
Meetings & On-Call Support β Attend early morning and evening meetings, work overtime as needed, and be on call on weekends.
Qualifications & Requirements
βΒ 5 years of experience in cable construction projects.
βΒ Strong knowledge of UTP and FO cabling installations.
βΒ OSHA expertise β In-depth understanding of OSHA policies and regulations.
βΒ Bilingual in Korean & English preferred (not required).
β Ability toΒ manage multiple subcontractors and ensure timely project completion.
βΒ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
βΒ Physical fitness β Frequent movement around the factory and driving as needed.
β Flexibility β Must be able to work overtime, attend off-schedule meetings, and be on call during weekends.
