Job Responsibility:
Design, implement, and optimize complex network solutions to support business growth and ensure the high availability, scalability, and security of the network infrastructure.
Managing and configuring advanced network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers (L4/L7), IP PBX, and network appliances across multi-vendor platforms (Cisco, Extreme Networks, Fortinet).
Implementing network monitoring and automation tools to streamline operations and proactively identify performance issues and vulnerabilities.
Overseeing the installation and maintenance of network cabling (e.g., UTP, fiber optics) and ensuring proper documentation of the network layout and infrastructure.
Troubleshooting complex network issues involving connectivity, performance, and security, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
Conducting network performance assessments and recommending optimizations, upgrades, or replacements to maintain robust and efficient network operations.
Requirements:
In-depth Knowledge of TCP/IP Protocols and related networking technologies, including subnetting, routing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
3 years of experience in network infrastructure design, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in Cisco Network Technologies (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls), including Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification (or higher) preferred.
Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN architecture, network monitoring tools, and infrastructure security best practices.
Bilingual Communication Skills (Korean and English preferred) with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
Ability to quickly analyze and resolve complex network issues, coupled with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Projects in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
A strong understanding of network automation tools and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, etc.) is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Network Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and network storage solutions.
Eligibility to work in the United States (including OPT). Visa sponsorship can be provided to selected candidates.
Availability for occasional business trips within the Atlanta Metropolitan Area.
