Job Description:
Looking for a candidate that specializes in property cleanouts and waste removal services. This individual will need to support the landlords and property managers by ensuring vacant units are cleared and ready for their next use. We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Remove and dispose of items left behind by tenants, including furniture, trash and other belongings.
- Sort material for proper disposal, recycling or donation as applicable.
- Load all materials into the transportation and dispose at the correct facility.
- Collaborate with the property managers to ensure all work is completed.
Looking for a candidate that has the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting larger furniture and working in various weather conditions. The ideal candidate will also possess a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- On call
- Weekends as needed
