We're seeking an HR Operations Manager to join our team at SK Food Group Inc.
As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, company-employee communications, and benefits.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing employee information, including personal data, compensation, benefits, tax data, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
- Coordinating employment applications and other employment activities.
- Developing and implementing new employee orientation programs to enhance workplace culture.
- Providing support for employee inquiries and maintaining employee files.
- Preparing reports and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
- Coordinating benefits administration and communicating with employees on benefit-related matters.
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a college or university, or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR certification preferred.
