This position directly supervises several subordinate Supervisors and Hourly associates on shift.
- Manage department budgets and hourly labor wage.
- Insure proper packaging and labeling of product is being done correctly.
- Controls product waste and makes adjustments if waste is higher.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university, and four years of management-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
