We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineer to join our team at SK Food Group Inc. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.
About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies, including monitoring the maintenance work backlog, prioritizing incoming work requests, and managing the pipeline of non-reactive maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and increase productivity
- Monitor the maintenance work backlog and prioritize incoming work requests
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements
- Provide training and coaching to maintenance team members on CMMS usage and best practices
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent required; two-year technical or bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years of experience in industrial maintenance with knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and carpentry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to leverage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Knowledge of reliability principles involved in Preventative/Predictive Maintenance and Precision Maintenance techniques
