Job Description
The Manufacturing Operations Leader will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision for Production and Sanitation functions, including managing all operations on shift to ensure smooth production processes.
Main Duties
- Manage all operations on shift to ensure smooth production processes.
- Provide support and leadership in inventory control, quality assurance, use of the ERP system 'X3', and purchasing.
- Communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, and supervisors to drive results.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) from a four year college or university, and four years of management related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- HACCP or SQF certification is recommended.
