Responsibilities :
- Analyze and forecast all aspects of technology and supply chain for semiconductor equipment and materials.
- Analyze semiconductor equipment, material market, and technical data and forecast supply & demand.
- Monitor semiconductor equipment / material market trends and gather ongoing intelligence.
- Lead strategically critical projects delivering exceptional value through key supplier relationships, cost / benefit financial analysis, and supplier technical management.
- Prepare required reports with detailed analysis of equipment and materials.
- Demonstrate understanding of fundamental purchasing / trade processes including supplier selection, negotiation, delivery, and payment.
- Analyze new and existing costs; review cost reduction activities.
- Build, maintain, and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications.
- Assess vendor technologies and products through site visits, interviews, and analysis.
- Negotiate, establish, monitor, and enforce supplier contracts and agreements that are beneficial to the company.
- Request and compare quotations; negotiate prices and terms with vendors.
- Track purchase order status and estimated work completion with vendors.
- Manage and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure procurement process and policy.
- Perform general and ad hoc project support for local partnership programs as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
