Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential clients and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor solutions that meet specific requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts through regular communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and account management in the CRM system.
Experience
- Proven experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred.
- 2 Year Technical Degree and 5-7 years experience in sales.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and working knowledge of CAD, AutoCAD, Inventor, and SolidWorks.
- 5-7 years customer, vendor, supplier management skills.
- Strong skills in account management, territory management, and lead generation are essential.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated capability in analyzing market data and customer feedback to drive sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
