What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aesthetic Nurse Injector position at Skën Med Spa?
We are seeking a experienced Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician's Assistant (PA) with a positive attitude to assess patients, handle all aesthetic procedures, botox, filler, prp, lasers, injections, microneedling, and more. Skën Medical Spa takes pride in creating a "Natural Aesthetic Look" and is looking for an individual that shares our philosophy and deep passion for helping people feel and look their best!
Essential Functions:
- Promote a professional and welcoming atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care offered to clients.
- Have a thorough working knowledge of all medical protocols, standard operating procedures and policies that pertain to your department.
- Adhere to designated standards and protocols for medicals documentation for services performed.
- Ensure that all clients receive exceptional service and have a comfortable and pleasant experience.
- Oversee medical practitioners, assess patients medical history and write medical orders as appropriate for patients.
- Create a professional relationship with the clients using good verbal and non-verbal communication. Promote return visits to the medical spa.
- Develop a dialogue with the client regarding their expectations of the service and provide a simple yet informative narrative of each procedure within the service whenever appropriate.
- Review all new client intake forms, document client treatments and plans of care, file in appropriate records.
- Continually work on your personal sales skills including: building instant rapport, client needs assessment, feature and benefit presentation, overcoming objections and closing.
- Build client partnerships by appropriately matching client needs to the various services and products offered and clearly educating the client on how they will receive the most benefit.
- Learn all current promotions and offer them to new and existing clients to stimulate sales during the promotional period.
- Operate all equipment in a safe manner and maintain a neat and orderly work area at all times.
- Have thorough knowledge of all skin care and cosmetic products in order to appropriately develop client prescriptions that establish quality at home programs which enhance the client experience.
- Perform inventory responsibilities as requested.
- Attend all in-house training programs.
- Continuing education in your field or a related field is highly recommended and considered an important element in the evaluation of your professional knowledge
- Other duties as assigned.

Education/Training: Degree: RN, NP, or PA
Experience: One year prior related experience
Certification/Licenses: Certification from an approved school and an active state license
Job Hours: 25-38 hrs/weekly
Candidate must have availability to work up to 40 hours as needed
