We’re looking for an Account Director who thrives in the fast-paced world of creative agencies. You’ve been in the game long enough to keep your cool—tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and big personalities don’t shake you. Instead, you turn chaos into clarity and make those around you better. Clients trust your strategic insight. Your team values your leadership. And when you speak, people listen.

What You’ll Do

Client Leadership

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner, advising clients and proactively bringing ideas to the table.
  • Understand your clients’ business, customers, and competition to craft creative solutions that move the needle.
  • Keep accounts running smoothly—balancing big-picture strategy with daily execution.
  • Oversee multiple accounts, ensuring creative work is on-brand and on-strategy.

Growth & Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure profitability across accounts.
  • Contribute to new business efforts, helping us land exciting new clients.
  • Team Leadership & Operations

  • Mentor and support account team members, helping them thrive.
  • Drive smart processes that make our work better, not more complicated.
  • Manage resources to keep projects on time and on budget.
  • Requirements

  • 7 years agency account service experience
  • Min 3 years managing teams of people
  • B2B experience and high tech experience
  • High level of business acumen
  • Excellence in project management
  • BA in Business, Marketing or equivalent
